To facilitate sustainability, Konica Minolta has committed to providing professional products and service with green designs and improving daily environmental performance. Therefore, Konica Minolta is recognized as “Sustainable Product Supplier” and “Sustainable Consumption Enterprise” under the “Fostering Sustainable Consumption for Hong Kong Business and the Community” programme organized by Business Environment Council Ltd.
Konica Minolta has set a role model to encourage green office and promote sustainable consumption. Products are designed to be environmental-friendly in different areas such as adopting recycling materials and restriction on use of hazardous chemicals as well as energy saving during operation.
The programme is funded by the Sustainable Development Fund and organized by the Business Environment Council Ltd., which aims to promote sustainable consumption and drive behavioral changes in Hong Kong.
