Konica Minolta Participated in the “Driving Electronic Device Recycle Forum: SDGs 12 – Ensure Sustainable Consumption and Production Patterns”

We were honored to be invited by the Hong Kong WEEE Recycling Association to speak at the Driving Electronic Device Recycle Forum on 22 August, as one of the events of Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival. The forum brought together industry leaders to discuss SDGs 12 – Ensure Sustainable Consumption and Production Patterns.

During the session, our Marketing Director, Mr. Weyman Liu, shared how Konica Minolta, as a service provider, helps companies in developing green business models that foster sustainable development. He also highlighted the sustainability features of our products, showcasing how innovation can drive environmental responsibility.

In the panel discussion with Mr. Delton Ng, Technical Director of Environment, Waste Management and ESG Advisory from AECOM and Mr. Vince Leung, CEO and Co-Founder from TriTerra, we explored strategies for promoting effective recycling of electronic devices and implementing circular economy principles, paving the way for sustainable solutions that contribute to a greener future.
