Konica Minolta won the “Servicing and Trading – Bronze Award” under 2016 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) organized by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) alongside the Environmental Protection Department. The award presentation ceremony was held on 4th May, 2017 (Thursday) at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Mr. Leung Kin Hung, Manager of Service Planning Department, received the awards on behalf of the corporation.
HKAEE is administrated jointly by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) alongside the Environmental Protection Department and it is one of the most prestigious and reputable award schemes in Hong Kong, in order to recognize organizations with excellent performance on environmental management. Thus, the assessment criteria of this award are rigorous and comprehensive, including Green Leadership, Programme and Partner Synergy, under a rigorous assessment process comprising three stages.
Konica Minolta has joined 2016 HKAEE for first time and won “Servicing and Trading – Bronze Award” outstandingly, demonstrating our 360° comprehensive sustainable development. Konica Minolta is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with including eco-friendly concept in both products and services, like using recycled plastic during production line. Moreover, we organize an annual Green Concert to promote environmental awareness of participants and raise fund for social or environmental groups.
