Solution Engineer

Jobs Duties:

  • Responsible for daily IT & technical support

Senior Marketing Executive (Data Analysis)

Job Duties:

  • Manage and maintain customer database to ensure its accuracy and the best value to be generated by CRM database
  • Handle Customer Research / Survey projects and analyze the results

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Statistics, IT, Marketing information Management, Marketing or related areas

  • Knowledge in data cleansing, data mining with independence analytical abilities

Inventory Planner

Job Duties:

  • Plan and control the existing 2nd hand machine inventory and cost control alert                                                      
  • Do buyback from Finance Company and bargain the price always
  • Monitor the 2nd hand products collect back and delivery out by ERP Nav.
  • Support the machine conversion processing                           
  • Inspect the write-off of 2nd hand products request
  • Issue D/O & invoice for trade-in machine sold to collection service provider

Requirements:

  • Degree holder is preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory control and accounting experience
  • Good experience in ERP Nav or SAP operation system

Customer Service Officer (5-Day Work)

Job Duties:

  • Assist Supervisor on Customer Care Centre operations
  • Provide training to client on site/in-house and  handle incoming enquiry
  • Prepare training materials and reports

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in IT / Engineering subjects or equivalent
  • 2 years working experience (Customer Service field is preferable)

Helpdesk Support Engineer (5 Day Work)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st tier helpdesk support to end user and remote office (Windows, Networking, Email, O365 office, PC applications)
  • Provide general network support to end user such as LAN or wireless connection issue, VLAN setup
  • Install, configure and maintain workstations and related hardware and software
  • Manage user account such as AD account, proxy account
  • Support Microsoft O365 
  • Manage IT asset inventory

 Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above of Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT helpdesk support area
  • Knowledge in Windows 7/8/10 and PC level network area
  • Hands on experience in supporting PC inn Microsoft AD environment
  • Familiar with window batch / windows script is advantage
  • Holder of CCNA / MCSE / MCIPT will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated and be a team player to share knowledge with teammate
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
