Konica Minolta was invited to attend hidden youths sharing session and show our support to them
The sharing session was organized by JCI Peninsula on 31 July 2016. Fully engaging in youth affairs, JCI Peninsula focuses on supporting hidden youths this year. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (HK) Ltd has showed its care on this issue by organizing “BACKME Program (Business And Community Konica Minolta Enterprise)” to employ hidden youths since 2014. Mr. Hung Bing On, Simon, Manager of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Scanning Department, was invited to share working performance and our assistance rendered to hidden youths in the sharing session.
Konica Minolta has established i-Transform Station in 2014 located at Chai Wan, providing a wide range of services from digitalizing, systemizing paper documents and different kinds of scanning services. It has been expanded in March 2016 to cope with the rapid business growth and our mission to social enterprises. We hope to re-establish the youth’s social network and bonding through normal working environment, social intercourse and fair treatment. As a bridge for hidden youths to reintegrate into the society, Konica Minolta will keep employing them.
